The official Kiwi Membership Program is an exclusive initiative offered by New Zealand Rugby League (NZRL), designed to provide unique benefits and experiences to supporters of Rugby League. This program is tailored to enhance the engagement with rugby league fans while offering a range of exciting perks. The program offers two membership tiers to cater to the preferences of our dedicated fans; Kiwi Pro and Kiwi Starter.

You can purchase a Kiwi Pro Membership for yourself as well as up to 10 additional memberships for friends and family. Any additional Kiwi Pro memberships purchased can be gifted once to the intended recipient. Once you gift a Kiwi Pro membership you no longer have access to the benefits associated with that membership.

If you have shared a gift link but the gift has not yet been accepted then you are able to cancel a gift by clicking ‘Cancel Gift’ on the ‘My Passes’ page. A member should cancel a gift if they need to access any of the benefits associated with the Pass that is being gifted.

Individuals are only able to accept one Kiwi Starter membership per account, and these memberships are unable to be gifted.

As a Kiwi Member, you will have exclusive access to a variety of unique benefits, experiences and offers that are specifically tailored to the Kiwi membership program.

Experiences and Offers may encompass both complimentary and paid opportunities, all accessible through the ‘Home’ page. Once you have accepted an experience or offer, just pay with your preferred payment method, if necessary, and in no time at all it’ll appear on your ‘My Passes’ page.

Please note that the accessibility to specific offers may vary depending on the type of Kiwi membership you own.

Benefits, Experiences and Offers will largely be redeemable via the 'My Passes' page.

Post Purchase or Acceptance

You can find your Passes in the 'My Passes' section of the Kiwi Membership website. From here you can view the details of the Passes that you’ve purchased, gift them to friends and family (if able), and even redeem some of the benefits on offer.

It is a great idea to add the Kiwi Membership website to your mobile device’s home screen. This will ensure that you have access to our website on your device all the time, and provide us with the ability to notify you of important benefit updates.

To add the Kiwi Membership Experience to your home screen on an iPhone or Android device head here and follow the relevant instructions. This will add an icon for the Kiwi Membership Program on the home screen of your phone.

Your wallet pass will be used as access control for various in-person Kiwi Membership benefits offered as part of the Kiwi Membership program. It is important that NZRL members download their wallet pass in order to be able to verify their identity and access benefits. You can download your wallet pass on the 'Profile' page, accessible via the menu.

The Kiwi Membership Wallet Pass represents your account, and enables us to view all of the Passes that you currently hold within your account.

If for some reason you are unable to download your Wallet Pass, then the QR code on the 'Profile' page can also be used to verify your identity.

When necessary NZRL will communicate via email (and sometimes SMS) in order to provide members with the relevant information required to redeem benefits. Otherwise, important information will be available on this platform on the 'My Passes' page or in the FAQs section.

Kiwi Pro Memberships, and some Experience and Offer Passes that you’ve accepted may be able to be gifted on the ‘My Passes’ page. Giftable Passes will show the option to be gifted on the respective Pass tile.

To send a Pass as a gift, you will be required to create and share a gift link with your intended recipient. In order to accept the gift, the recipient will need to open the gift link and sign in or register for the Kiwi membership program. Once accepted, you and the recipient will receive an email notification confirming that the gift has been received. This straightforward procedure ensures a smooth gifting experience.

If you have shared a gift link but the recipient has not yet accepted the gift then you are able to cancel a gift by clicking 'Cancel Gift' on your 'My Passes' page. A member should cancel a gift if they need to access any of the benefits associated with the Pass that is being gifted.

Please note that Passes may only be gifted once.

Once the associated benefit(s) has been redeemed, a Pass may no longer be used to access the benefit(s).

If a Kiwi Membership Program Pass is not redeemed it will also lose its utility once the time of the associated benefit has passed.

NZRL has partnered with Power’d Digital to deliver the Kiwi Membership Program. As such, Power’d Digital Pty Ltd Sydney will appear as the merchant on your Credit Card statement.

You can edit your details on the ‘Profile’ page which is accessible via the menu.

Experiences and Offers

Once you have accepted an Experience or Offer, just pay with your preferred payment method, if necessary, and in no time at all it’ll appear in your 'My Passes' page. You may be able to gift an Experience or Offer Pass once, but as soon as you gift a Pass you are no longer entitled to the benefit(s) associated with that Pass.

Experiences and Offers may have their own sets of rules, so it is important to read the details dropdown prior to accepting. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of any restrictions, expiration dates, redemption processes, or other requirements that may be applicable.
